Destination Weddings

If your wedding is in California, Nevada, the Pacific Northwest, or anywhere else that requires a flight — Adam has been there, or somewhere close. The portfolio includes real destination weddings in Sonoma wine country, Sunset Cliffs in San Diego, Olympia, Washington, New Jersey, and North Dakota. The work doesn't change because the location does.

Destination bookings are handled the same way as any Arizona wedding: a consultation up front, clear pricing with travel quoted in advance, and a booking process that leaves nothing ambiguous. Add-on features like drone coverage and travel discounts are available — ask about what applies to your location and date.

Destination dates fill earlier than local dates, so reaching out ahead of time is worth it. The earlier the conversation, the better the chances of locking in your date. We always recommend a consultation before booking a destination wedding so everything is clear and understood!

Destination Wedding FAQ

**Do you travel for weddings?**

Yes. Adam David Weddings photographs and films destination weddings across the country. The portfolio includes weddings in California (San Diego and Sonoma wine country), Washington, New Jersey, and North Dakota — alongside a long list of Arizona venues. If you're planning a wedding outside Arizona and want to know whether it's possible, the answer is almost certainly yes.

**What does travel cost for a destination wedding?**

Travel is priced per wedding based on location and logistics — flights, accommodation, and ground transportation where applicable. The full travel fee is included in your quote up front, so there's no guessing after you've decided to move forward. Get started with a consultation at whoisadamdavid.net to receive a specific travel quote for your date and location.

---

**How early should we book for a destination wedding?**

Plan for at least 6 months out — ideally 9 to 12 months for peak dates, popular locations, or weekends that tend to book quickly (holiday weekends, summer in California, fall in wine country). Destination dates have less flexibility than local bookings because of travel logistics, so earlier is always better.

**What's included when you travel for a wedding?**

Everything you'd get from any Adam David Weddings booking: the full photography and/or videography coverage outlined in your package, professionally edited deliverables, and the same pre-wedding consultation and posing guide that every couple receives. Travel fees are quoted separately and cover the logistics of getting there and back.

---

**Does booking a destination wedding affect the refund or cancellation policy?**

The same policies apply: 100% refundable if Adam David Weddings cannot attend for any reason on our end. Deposits remain non-refundable on client cancellations, and reschedules require 48-hour advance notice. Full details are provided at the time of booking.
